If you are looking for a wooden balance bike, then you have found a high quality and afforable option in the Early Rider series. 

Wooden balance bikes need alittle more care than metal balance bikes, and buying a cheap wooden bike usually means you will be lucky if it lasts one season and even luckier if it lasts for one child (usually 1 -2 years). 

The Early Rider bikes use high quality birch and rust resistance metal spacers and parts for attaching the wheels and bike (no breakable plastic washers). Alot of attention was paid to detail on this bike and it shows!

The Early Rider Lite:

Most wooden balance bikes have higher starting seat heights and are heavy.   The Early Rider lite has one of the lowest seat heights for wooden bikes and the lightest wooden push bike we have found so far!

• Bike weight only 10.5 pounds with rider weight up to 125 pounds!
