I spent a few weeks researching the best balance bike. This bike is best by far, especially living in a rural area. The customer service was exceptional! I had to send an email and it was responded to very quickly. It was overall the best purchase for my 2 1/2 year old son! An investment that will last through our other younger child.

PERFECT choice, after weeks of research! Durable yet lightweight. My 3.5 year old has no problem picking this up and carrying it across shorter distances (10+ steps) on his own. I wasn't sure if i should get the Cross tires vs the BigApple tires but I think in the end the issue is not a big one (the Cross works well on paved ground just fine). My 3.5 year old is quite tall and looks like he has maybe just one year left on the height portion of this bike, which i'm sure would be fine. He's also able to start using the handbrake. Great investment.
