"My five year old loves this helmet. The small fits fine, it seems well-padded and very sturdy. I wanted to get him a safe helmet that he would enjoy wearing, and this one fits the bill. He looks like a little stunt man -- so cute.

The customer service was excellent. I had a problem with my credit card while ordering. I entered the wrong expiration date the first time, which unbeknownst to me caused the credit card company to flag my card with a fraud alert. My transaction didn't work after that and I gave up in frustration. The next day I had a phone message and email from Stacey at Kids Balance Bikes saying she could see that I'd had trouble ordering, and did I still want the helmet. I was very pleasantly surprised. I'd definitely do business with this company again."
